Unfinished Business
- Game Room coming along. Tony is doing flooring but will wait until son is out of hospital, 2-3 weeks. Did get the Moose Lodge Pool Table. Now will have two tables for leagues. Dart Boards will go back up and now we will have 4. Tony will set the toe line for correct measurements. JoJo is donating a 42" tv and will go up soon as well. Scott would like to place shelving all along the walls for drinks & tablets to help with space. The top of the shelve will be at a height of 44".
- Lisa said there is a member Ed, who will help with flooring and other handyman activities. Another group. Admerial Rep said he would bring in some LED Lights. Will ask if can donate Pool Light(s).
New Business
- Toy Run 7/27 Working with Post 69s "Christmas in July." New unwrapped toys requested. Gift Cards in lieu of toys is also welcome.
- Thanks to the hard work of our members, trivia has been phenomenal. We had to move it into the hall due to outgrowing the bar area. We will need Mini splits for the back hall. During a trivia night, $360 was raised. All fundraising will go towards the building fund for mini splits next year. Auxiliary will donate $500. Hopefully Riders will match as well.
- All bartenders did a general cleaning due to a bug problem. Health inspector came in next day and gave a clean bill of health. However, bug issue is still ongoing. We will need to get approval for spraying. We received 2 bids and they were equal. A side bar with e-board will be done for approval. Lisa asked if they will do something in the drains. Bartenders are putting bleach down the drain and cap on drains.
Entertainment committee
- Lisa wants to make a list for volunteers/skills to help with the Post. That way it is not always on the same people who always volunteer. Lisa will head that up.

Good of the Legion
- Looking to fill 2 positions. Need a Service Officer and also need a possible 3rd vice (Americanism). Both positions do have to filled by a Legionnaire (Veteran).
- Need help to strip and re-wax the hall floor. Volunteers requested.
- SAL has been reconstituted. New Officers and Meeting has been moved to 3rd Saturday @ 1 after General membership starting in Aug. The second Friday of the month is the SAL dinners. Currently have 57 members, 6 of which are out of state. Only had 5 members attend this month.
- Who is editing the Website? Peter Six. Give info to Donna. She is also updating the TVs with info as well
- Joe Cook- House Rules will be edited to say no Political speech or gear worn.
